Course Outline
The aim of this programme is to equip participants with the techniques, strategies and mindset to unleash power in their lives.

On completion of this programme participants will:
  • • Know how to apply 3 strategies. To develop and maintain a powerful attitude
  • • Be able to use a planning system to plan their day, month, year in order to achieve more.
  • • Understand the power of customers and be able to implement a powerful “Cycle of Service” that will deliver great customer service
  • • Know how to communicate on purpose and to be remembered
  • • Learn practical strategies to influence and persuade people to buy in to ideas and actions.
  • • Be able to apply a powerful planning technique that will ensure projects are finished on time; within budget; and to the client’s satisfaction. Understand a philosophy of doing that is based on natural laws.
